1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide when you create and use an Advexi account, including your name, email address, organization membership, profile information, and the content you enter in the workspace.
We also collect technical and security information needed to operate the service, such as authentication records, session information, request metadata, and operational logs.
2. Connected Meta data
When you choose to connect Meta, we receive an OAuth access token and the Meta user identifier and name associated with the connection. Depending on the permissions you grant and the assets you can access, Advexi may retrieve:
- advertising account identifiers, names, status, currency, and timezone;
- Facebook Page identifiers and names, including Pages associated with an advertising account;
- linked Instagram professional account identifiers, names, usernames, and profile images; and
- custom-audience names, descriptions, types, status, and approximate size ranges.
Advexi does not receive your Facebook password. It does not expose connected-platform access tokens to workspace users.
3. Connected LinkedIn data
When you choose to connect LinkedIn, we receive an OAuth access token and basic profile information needed to identify the person authorizing the connection. Advexi may retrieve the LinkedIn organizations that person is authorized to administer, including organization identifiers, names, vanity names, logos, and the person's administrative role.
When an authorized user publishes through Advexi, we send the text, links, images, or videos they select to LinkedIn on behalf of the selected Organization Page. We may store provider post identifiers and operational status needed to confirm and support publication. Advexi does not receive your LinkedIn password and does not expose LinkedIn access tokens to workspace users.
4. How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, provide organization workspaces, connect and synchronize marketing assets, display the assets available to your organization, publish content that an authorized user submits, protect the service, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information or connected-platform data. We do not use connected Meta or LinkedIn data for unrelated advertising.
5. Storage, security, and retention
Connected-platform credentials are encrypted at rest. Advexi uses access controls and organization-level isolation to limit access to stored data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the service.
We retain information while your account or organization uses Advexi and as reasonably necessary for security, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed, subject to applicable retention requirements and backups.
6. Service providers and disclosures
We may use hosting, database, email, security, and infrastructure providers to operate Advexi. They may process information only to provide their services to us. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
7. Your choices and rights
You can disconnect a Meta or LinkedIn integration from the Advexi Integrations page. You may also revoke Advexi in the connected platform's settings. To request access, correction, export, or deletion of your information, follow our data deletion instructions or contact us.
Your rights may vary based on where you live. We may need to verify your identity and authority over an organization before fulfilling a request.
8. International processing and children
Advexi and its providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to applicable safeguards. Advexi is a business service and is not directed to children under 16.
9. Contact and policy changes
