1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the organization whose workspace or marketing assets you use. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, and activity under your account.
2. The service
Advexi provides tools for organizing marketing information and connecting supported advertising services. Features may change as the service develops. Third-party platforms, including Meta, control their own services, permissions, availability, and policies.
Connecting a third-party service authorizes Advexi to access the data and perform the actions clearly presented to you and permitted by that platform. You can disconnect an integration at any time.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Advexi to violate law or third-party rights, access assets without authorization, distribute malware, interfere with the service, evade security controls, scrape the service, or submit unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, or infringing advertising content.
You must comply with the terms and policies of every connected platform, including the Meta Platform Terms and applicable advertising policies.
4. Your content and connected data
You retain your rights in content and data you provide. You grant Advexi the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that material to provide and secure the service. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide it.
5. Intellectual property
Advexi and its software, design, branding, and documentation are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these terms, no rights are transferred to you.
6. Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific marketing outcomes, or the availability or accuracy of third-party platform data. Advexi output is not legal, financial, or professional advice.
7. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Advexi at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address a violation of these terms, or respond to a platform restriction. Sections intended by their nature to survive termination will continue to apply.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Advexi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or losses caused by a third-party platform. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as Advexi changes. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions can be sent to office@advexi.io.
